Metal Health is the third studio album by the American heavy metal band Quiet Riot, released on February 28, 1983, through Pasha Records.[1] It was the band's first album to receive a worldwide release, and the first to feature guitarist Carlos Cavazo and drummer Frankie Banali. The album spawned two hit singles: the Slade cover "Cum On Feel the Noize" and "Metal Health".

All of our records are ultrasonically cleaned. Ultrasonically cleaning a record brings back the highs and lows of a record. Ultrasound technology has been shown to be highly effective at removing contaminants from the surface of vinyl records, which can significantly improve by reducing the amount of noise and distortion caused by dirt and debris, ultrasonic cleaners can help you hear your music more clearly and with greater detail. For audiophiles who value every nuance of their music, this is a major advantage.
